刘健教授、博士生导师。合肥工业大学“黄山学者”特聘教授、校学术委员会委员,院农产品精深加工研究院副院长、肥胖和代谢疾病研究所所长。国科学技术大学博士(2001-2006)、美国哈佛大学医学院博士后(2006-2009)。自2001年来主要从事肥胖与相关代谢疾病的生物学机制和相关功能食品的研发。2009年11月由合肥工业大学以高层次人才引进。在自然-医学(Nature Medicine)、自然-细胞生物学(Nature Cell Biology)等国际知名期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,总引用次数超过1000次。
