查学强, 男,1979年2月生,博士,教授,博士生导师,黄山青年学者。1997年至2001年,毕业于安徽农业大学茶叶与食品科技学院食品科学与工程系,获学士学位;2001年至2007年,毕业于合肥工业大学食品科学与工程学院食品科学与工程系,获博士学位;2010年至2011年,在University of Puerto Rico化学系从事博士后研究。近5年,先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、International Foundation for Science (Sweden)、教育部科学技术研究重点项目等国内外课题多项,并参与20多项863计划、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点、企业委托等各级科研课题的研究工作,在Molecular Nutrition & Food Research、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry等国内外重要期刊上发表学术论文80余篇,其中SCI收录40多篇(JCR一区12篇、TOP期刊4篇),获批国家发明专利7件。
