Weiqun Wang(王伟群 ),2013年7月18日受聘为合肥工业大学教授。美国Kansas State University营养系教授,研究领域主要为食品功能成分的功能和作用机理。目前主持美国NIH等项目多项,发表SCI论文50多篇。担任Journal of Nutrition & Food Sciences主编、Biophysical Reviews and Letter副主编,Molecular Nutrition and Food Research、Experimental Biology and Medicine、Nutrition Research and Practice、World Journal of Biological Chemistry等期刊的编委。
