Perry K.W Ng,2015年11月9日受聘为合肥工业大学兼职教授。美国密歇根州立大学食品科学与人类营养系教授、系副主任,美国国际谷物化学家协会理事、国际谷物科学技术协会Fellow。研究领域主要为小麦理化、遗传特性与谷物食品加工品质、谷物挤压膨化加工、食品营养成分功能和作用机理。主持有美国国际开发署、农业部等多项科研项目,在Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition 、Food Research International、Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids、Journal of Cereal Science、Cereal Chemistry等期刊上发表SCI论文130多篇。担任Cereal Chemistry、The Crop Journal、Journal of Genetics and Breeding等期刊编委。
