1. 环境响应型淀粉基微凝胶/纳米凝胶的制备与应用研究

2. 淀粉的结构、功能和消化性及功能性淀粉的开发和应用

《饮料工艺学》、《食品酶学》、《食品工艺试验与课程设计》、《粮油加工工艺学》

先后在Food Chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、RSC Advances等杂志上发表学术论文20篇,其中SCI论文17篇(第一作者SCI论文9篇,累计影响因子大于30),申请国际发明专利1件,国家发明专利5件,其中授权3件。
