牛向丽,合肥工业大学食品科学与工程学院研究员,硕士生导师。2007年毕业于四川大学生命科学学院,获理学博士学位。主要从事功能基因分离鉴定、表达调控机制与遗传改良方面教学科研工作。2012年美国爱达荷大学(University of Idaho)访学1年。近年主持国家基金面上项目、国家转基因重大专项子项目各1项,参加国家自然基金、省部级科技攻关项目13项。研究结果以第一作者/共同一作发表于New Phytologist、Plant Physiology、Journal of Experimental Botany等国际刊物。 

   主要研究领域、方向:

领域:

1、农作物功能基因分离鉴定与调控机制研究。包括品质(稻米香气物质、花及果实色素)、抗逆(环境非生物胁迫、细菌性病害)相关基因及其经由选择性剪接、泛素化蛋白降解、表观遗传学修饰机制对次生代谢产物的调控作用。

2、农作物农艺性状遗传改良。通过建立遗传转化与再生体系,结合RNA干涉、特异启动子等技术方法,对田间农艺性状进行改良。
