   个人简历:

1998年兰州大学博士毕业后,曾分别在中国科学技术大学、奥地利维也纳大学学习。2000年入职合肥工业大学,一直从事食品生物化学与分子营养方面的教学科研工作。兼任International Journal of Biological Macromolecules杂志编委、安徽省农产品精深加工技术研究院副院长。
